First and foremost, I'm thankful to find an experienced and trustworthy insurance broker, James Banh. He provided quotes for my son's vehicle and insurance was provided the same day. James is very knowledgeable. When my son's former insurance company informed us that they were no longer able to provide insurance and was going out of business. We called James and he searched and provided us the best quote and insurance coverage was provided the same day. My boyfriend recommended James since he has insurance here too and has recommended him to several people. Besides, I believe the word of mouth theory. So once my son purchased his insurance here. My ex father in law decided to purchase his insurance here, too. The only reason I don't have my insurance here is because James was honest to inform me that I already have the best rate from my insurance company. So I highly recommend this place for your insurance needs for their knowledge, honesty and outstanding customer service.
