Got to meet the team yesterday. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Provided me with the best options and catered options to my specifications. While doing so they treat me more than just a client and felt welcomed there. Would recommend for a quick and informative visit to getting your Insurance. Had the pleasure to work with both Jonathan and James for auto insurance.

I had a great experience at Star West Insurance Services. Jonathan and James were both friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to from the moment I walked in.
James took the time to explain the different coverage options and liability limits without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. We even ended up chatting about his trip to Korea, and he showed me a few photos. It was a fun conversation and made the whole experience feel much more personal.
Both James and Jonathan were professional but also genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. Because of that, I know I won't hesitate to come back if I ever need help in the future.
I highly recommend Star West Insurance Services to anyone looking for insurance. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks again, James and Jonathan!
